I found her before love and hip hop and fell in love with the way she sang and wrote songs. She gave me the same feeling I get when listening to Barbara Mason. A real one with real subject matter
I see the growth and maturity in k.Michelle! Proud of her! And she still ain't in the studio chewing on now and laters not putting out music! 😂 i luv that read when she said that! She's out here doin her thing and making executive money moves! 👏👏👏
I like this show based off the clips I’ve seen. I love how they allow the person being interviewed to answer questions thoroughly and explain their answers. They don’t cut folks off and are very welcoming. You can tell they’re doing it because they enjoy it and want it to be successful not because it’s a job and another check. Also, by having a panel full of black women when other black women/girls appear their is an understanding that other talk shows lack.
We started country music yet there's barely black folks in that genre just like with rock n roll. I of course agree with everything she said about black women. I love this show
Lady T yess!!🙌 I wish the others would real with themselves like this. It shouldn't take for you to get to certain age to regret it or for it to mess/effect your health.
BUT THAT'S WHY SHE'S DOING IT LOL. IT'S AFFECTING HER HELP. SHE HAS PAIN AND CLAIMS SHE'S BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH LUPOS. RESEARCH THE PROS AND CONS OF THIS MESS IN YOUR BODY. OH YOU THOUGH SHE WANTED TO BE NATURAL?? UMMMM NO SHE GONNA DIE IF SHE DOES NOT GET IT OUT.
Cortez Miller just like blonde hair, blue eyes are white womens but you guys take that. Why can't you just love everyone and be proud that other ethnicities wants to share black things? Grow up
Stacey Ann stupid ass because in the end it doesn't becomes yours anymore. It's water down and the truth and history has shown that when a white artist can and start to do what blacks have created and is doing. The white community chose to be and support that white artist and never show support for black artist .Here you have Elvis Presly and he is title the king of took and roll which is bullshit.Thrn you have Eminem now every white person want to claim that Eminem is the Good of rap.Just like the white women and men has taking over r and b and is given awards and they are no black r and b artist around. Study the history of every genre of music and see when the whites gets ahold of our music they take it over and blacks decided to create another genre of music and they take it and never show an appreciation to black people. They did it in blues, jazz, rock and roll,r and b ,and hip hop.Even down in the days Sam Cooke would write the song and sang it a and he gets little response and money .Now he gives the same song to the Beatles and it's a smash white folks are eating and buying that shit up.The truth is until white supremacy is killed and removed from the foundation of this country because it was built in it they will always be Injustice in this country for the blacks in this country. Now you need to wake the hell up and face the reality.
sweetpea06112 you are so right. White people created nothing and we just wait to mock everyone else. Now be sure to tell every black girl to take that blonde weave out and those blue contacts. We can't have black girls trying to have my hair and eyes.
BrownsugaKO77 just like I have full lips and a thick ass, doesn't mean the majority of my race does. Because of that, it's not known in my race as being common. Yes, black women can have blue eyes and blonde hair, buts it's not common. Why do black women like Tiny Harris bleach her skin to be lighter? Why don't you jump down her throat for trying to be like me with those fake eyes and hair? And my point of all this was stop spreading your hatred. Embrace all cultures and just be happy. Why live you life hating so many people?
I've always Love Ms K...she has a realness about herself that alot of other artists are afraid to display. "Black women" we are true Goddess. What we naturally have, Lips, Hips, kinky hair, toneful skin...love who u are.
Speak the truth K Michelle. It bugs me how Black women are put down or shamed for living their truth, but let these white artist do it, and It's automatically the greatest thing on the planet. Or It's just sex, drugs and rock n roll with them. What's crazy to me is, the black community gives the industry and entertainment all types of trends, styles, and things they take and exploit, yet refuse to give us credit. They shut us out of their award shows. Yet they continue to use our urban influence and marketing power/dollars. And not one black face is up there. The sad part is, us Black women are the biggest followers of what K Michelle is talking about. We'll be the first ones to be worse to our own than the white people and the mainstream K is talking about. Unfortunately, a black woman is always the first to go in the hardest on a black woman. When it's already enough against us. This reminds me of something singer Stephanie Mills said not too long ago. She said they want R&B but not from us. They want it from the Justin Timberlakes and the white artist who are labeled as R&B.
Tiffany Rayne R&B means Real&Black to me. They may shut us out but they can not erase the truth or our impact, essence, influence..they can not touch the intangible. They know good and well our contributions...they can fake it all they want. No one will ever wear corn rows like blacks, have better lips, voices, skin tone , ass like a black woman!
Tiffany Rayne Please.... She sitting there in that chair in her own truth? LOL Fake European hair. European designer clothes and this bitch complaining about White females getting lip injections and wearing braids. Really? Why do Black females get nose jobs and breast implants and bleach their skin? Why is the Indian Hair business with Black women so huge? Yeah, y'all living in y'all truth but don't know who your baby daddy is.
I agree with K. Michelle! I'm not brave enough to be on reality tv so for her to do that is bold. Her being open about her body, the surgery and insecurities is just amazing. She is inspirational!
I love you Kimberly for always beeing you and being real I've been following your career since 2012 and seen all the good and bad you've been through and for me to see the space that you are in now is amazing love you and will continue to support you forever ❤❤❤❤😗🌻🌻🌻🌻 #rebelgang 4life
Im happy for k.michelle im glad she getting married because she was singing at loving them all and singing about being heartbroken so now she settled down 💜😍😘
This entire interview was juicier than a fruit cocktail! And I'm all here for K Michelle aiming to reclaim Country Music, I'm getting that album and I ain't even heard it yet! First "Daddy Lessons" and now this! #BlackGirlMagic!

My comment isn’t directed to any comments here.Im speaking about what I see in my everyday life.We hear people say what she says all the time but no one seems to listen. Many of us women still go out here and do destructive things to get attention, money and material things.I really wish us black women would get it together.Yes! I said black women! I’m concerned about people that look like me right now I don’t care about what those other women are doing.I said that because someone will say “It’s not just us that’s doin it”!
I like how K Exspeacial Express been Her Self Not No longer Doing What Media Wont But Been Her Self, Accept here Own, In Loving Her Own Skin Our Skin is Beautiful.
Don't typically watch this show because I do not like Quad but I can say I tuned in for K Michelle and she did nothing but preach honesty and realness. K Michelle should have been on the show months ago but I guess the fact that Quad is friends with Toya (Lil Wayne baby momma) it took a while for them to ask for her.. but anyway everyone should go out and support Kimberly The People I Used to Know which is in Target and Walmart. It is also available on iTunes Spotify and Google play music. There are 21 incredible songs.
This interview definitely gave me a new insight on kmichelle! I wasn’t a fan of hers at first but to see how much growth, love for black women, and positivity exudes her mouth I’m impressed! I’m happy for her new found happiness
It's natural that when people see something, they respond to it. You can't pride yourself on how bold you are to put your life on front street but then chide the fact that people respond to what they see.
Love you K. You look adorable and happy with your man sis! Stay happy 😊 yesss no matter what don’t hate it takes to much out of you and you have to fully recover! Keep being you
GIRLLLL...K Michelle PREACH! Black woman are naturally fly....👌👏👏
K Michelle you better preach that, "Now you believe me, and you expect me to be okay, but that doesnt erase how you made me feel." Powerful!

No other female artist sounds like k Michelle. She is underrated.
I found her before love and hip hop and fell in love with the way she sang and wrote songs. She gave me the same feeling I get when listening to Barbara Mason. A real one with real subject matter

We started country music yet there's barely black folks in that genre just like with rock n roll. I of course agree with everything she said about black women. I love this show
We started lots of music we know the history, yet she is basically going right back to her roots!
I love how she's so honest about making the changes to her body and regretting it and how she's going back to being a natural woman!!!
Lady T yess!!🙌 I wish the others would real with themselves like this. It shouldn't take for you to get to certain age to regret it or for it to mess/effect your health.

Im glad she told the truth. It was our music first, country music.
