  • On July 13th I left my hometown of Windsor, Ontario headed for Quebec with no set route. What an Adventure it would turn out to be! After five weeks I am now back home and have many hours of footage to process. For reasons I explain in the video I will be starting with the ride home back to Windsor, Ontario.
Once again I just want to thank everyone who helped support me on this journey. I could not have done it without you guys! The people I have met through this channel continues to be the best thing that has come from doing these videos and I hope it only continues to grow. Thanks to everyone.
This video will cover my ride from Gatineau, Quebec to Carelton Place, Ontario.
Next year I am planning on riding the Great Divide Mountain bike Route from Banff to Mexico! If you would like to help me accomplish this please check out the links below if you would like to contribute to the cause! Thanks for watching.
If you would like to support the channel it would be greatly appreciated and you can do so by checking out my Patreon Page here is the link. www.patreon.co...

One way to beat the over priced campgrounds is to wild camp. My self I usually try and wild camp 50% of the time. When I feel I need laundry and showers I find a campground.

Im younger than you , but all i can tell you is that the whale i am seems to require to dive in deep darkness , in order to feed myself,''my soul'' . With time and repetition it feel almost confortable and somehow home, i could feel home anywhere as long as i can close my eye and my ears.Dont give up and know we are a lots on this planet to have it hard inside ourselves.God bles you.

Hey Dean. It is good to hear you have been getting support. Hold onto this and I'm sure that everyone else who either knows or watches your channel wishes you the best and a full recovery. As far as the trip back is concerned that was some nice scenery you passed through but those camping costs are insane. When I was in California at least they had separate hike and bike sections in the state-owned parks that were no more than $15 and were usually less. You got a lot less room but obviously, that is cool. So many supposedly advanced nations talk a good game about sustainability and saving the planet but do nothing to encourage people to get out of their cars. A real disgrace and frankly governments and politicians are all full of shit these days. Rant over. Take care and keep going. Jay

Hey Jay. Ya unfortunately it always seems to be about political BS when it comes to anything government run. And unless every single cyclist finally stood up and said enough is enough...I honestly have little hope for it changing for the better. Other Canadian provinces have much better rates than Ontario. And yes I am fine with a small space to put my tent up, especially for one night.
Thanks for watching Jay, now that I am home I can get caught up on your videos! Cheers

Personally I found pricing in Ontario parks ridiculous considering you coming on the bicycle.
I stealth cam wherever I can.
