- One of the highlights of the 2017 edition of the Swathi Sangeethotsavam, the music festival conductged at the Kuthiramalika Palace in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, every year from the 4th of January until the 13th, was an amazing flute concert by the brilliant young flautist Sri Amith Nadig and his cracking team of co - artists Sri S.R.Mahadev Sarma, Cherthala Sri Krishnakumar, Manjoor Sri Unnikrishnan, Sri Somasekhar Jois and Sri Ananthapadmanabhan.
The Charukesi Thaanam duel between the flute and the violin left everyone in raptures, before a relatively sedate Kripaya Palaya was presented.
