Sounds like a fly by nite because of little info on procedure and or product and questions are referred to a sales department that will talk it up like selling a new car . Most likely the added strands are not permanent maybe only bout a month and then the issue of combing that will release the strands and back to redo .Not mentioning price because it can be expensive for reason of the time consuming procedure .Maybe cheaper than hair transplant in the short term but cost monthly adds up But for some IAM sure it acceptable.
