Really nice, thank you. Sculpture is a VERY complex instrument, one I've been fascinated by. Adding in Sidechain is just really cool!

It sure is! Unpredictable too, but that’s very much part of its magic. Glad the sidechain option tickled your fancy. Thanks so much.

Jono, thank you for passing on your deep Logic knowledge (and sonic savviness). You've taught me and helped me understand many of Logic's features. I really appreciate your work and look forward to continuing to learn from you.

This is very cool, thanks so much! Someday, could you please go into the modulation options in Sculpture’s bottom section: the recordable envelopes, jitter generators and the morph pad? Can they be used comparably to Alchemy’s performance controls to explore presets, like in your intro to Alchemy video?

Absolutely Dan, all that good stuff is on my list as I'm really keen to shed a little more light on the amazing potential of Sculpture. Leave it with me!

I had no idea this even existed. I tend not to use the inbuilt instruments in logic that much (largely thrown off by their out-dated interface) but I’m getting the sense that’s a mistake. Alchemy is quite powerful.

Absolutely, you do have to look beyond the interface sometimes. But in the cases of Sculpture and Alchemy, there are fantastic sonic opportunities (and genuine surprises) lying in wait. Thanks as always Andrew.

Hallo Jono, I recently saw a video by you where you showed how to reduce the reverb when singing and letting it cut through at the end of the word/text, but I can’t find that video anymore. I applied that video content with all the settings of yours to the song I‘m currently working on and got a really great result. I‘ll release that song in a few weeks (having used your side chaining tips with the reverb on the vocal track). Can you tell me the title of that video once again! It’s the way you explained that topic and showed what settings you used with the Logic compressor. That’s what helped me greatly.

I'm so glad it was helpful. I think you mean this video: ua-cam.com/video/cTAmp4t4-Qg/v-deo.html This was from a previous life (!) when I was making Logic videos for MusicTech. I may revisit this theme and other vocal production techniques on this channel in the future. Good luck with the release of your track!
