- How to make high pressure cylinders?
This is a high speed tube end closing machine Type RM 50/2 from GFU, able to close tube ends and form neck ends for gas bottles.
The machine has a capacity of 400 - 500 bottles per hour:
Tube diameter Range Da = 20 until Da = 54 mm
Wallthickness WT from 1,5 mm - 3,5 mm.
The machine is mainly used for the production of:
- Hydrogen tanks
- CO2 bottles
- Fire extinghuiser tubes
- N2 bottles - Airbag cartriges
- Airbag container
- High pressure tanks (hydrogen, Argon, Oxgyen etc.)
- RWA smoke evacuation systems
