Love this 😁 This is quite an old video, but image quality in these old cameras really hold up 👌 goes to show that it's all in knowing your settings and lighting. Been using a 650D for a wedding in 2022, amazing results, budget lenses and all. Would probably get good quality big size prints from it as well. huge step up from my old 400D. Looking forward to investing in an RP 😁
Graham which lens would you recommend for kids that gives you the best of results? I have a 35L and 50L and I love both of them I just need either an 85mm or a 70-200(both very expensive:( but if they are worth it then I will get it. I love the close up portrait style where you get their faces and a lot of detail but I know the 85 1.2 is to slow for kids or at least thats what Ive heard. If you don't mind giving me some tips I'd greatly appreciate it because I find your work to be phenomenal Im just not sure what step to take next for myself.
It's the 70-200mm f2.8 - one of the two main wedding photographer lenses (the other one is the 24-70mm f2.8). It's big and heavy because it is a very large f2.8 aperture (the f4 version of that lens is about half the size, weight and cost! with just a little less quality, if any less).

+Clarissa Gonzalez If you can rent them, better to rent and try the first. If I were you and only afford one lens, I would buy EF L 70-200 f2.8 IS.

I have a Q. When taking a photo do you use the pre-set settings on the camera or the advance modes & program modes.
IMO, I would suggest shooting in manual ( complete control ).
I would recommend mostly Av Mode to control depth of filed or Tv Mode for action shot (Blur or freeze the objects)
