In Ketu Dasha - at the top of every temple, there is a flag which represents Ketu. Go to some important religious place on foot at least once in a month.

In the first part he is talking about Ketu representing holy flag. Go to a place of worship probably with a holy flag and visit temple every month or so. Ketu marks your attendance. About second rememdy he is saying its better to cover your head with a handkerchief/scarf/cap when you visit temple to conserve that energy better. Also you can wear it for more concentration or during meetings etc if you feel like but mostly for religious poojas and paath. Hope it helps :)

I am 28 years old. Going through Ketu dasha since an year back! Struggling badly over mental and physical health, financial issues and emotional issues! I am initiated in 2 orders. My Sadhna has badly effected due to this! My nature is to continuously travel to natural and spiritual places to do Sadhna there but unable to go due to due to reasons especially financially! Only nearby places I am able to go sometimes and that too since this year! And Now this need out of my nature has become my “prescription” so as to stay going on alive! Only able to visit to some not very long distance very little! Since 2 years I am struggling more! Family and friends pressure getting married but now totally mentally unfit for this! Developed an intense dislike sense for this thing! Due to this, this is become my greatest fear and having stress and tension! My rashi is Scorpio with Gemini ascendent with Anuradha star (2 charan)!
Plz marry only after Kethu dasha, since last 6 months or kethu manadasha is so horrible and it's very difficult to overcome that 6 months... I am on that phase and OMG seriously I don't know what to do.. I am getting more closer to God.. There is no other way.. I guess wearing cat's eye is a very effective remedy..

Two remedies he has given- go to a spiritual place like vaishno devi, tirupati, haridwar, rishikesh, any gurudware, any jyotirling, salasar balaji, any temple or any religious place of your choice.
Secondly-cover your head with scarf, dupatta when going to temple, doing puja, doing Havan etc

Currently I have Ketu transiting over my ascendant- Libra. Since the day Ketu moved, ive been having health issues which are not healing. Its not a serious ailment but a simple one but it wont heal. It is not even my ketu mahadasha/antardasha but its making me suffer a lot.
