I can't help but notice that as I read comments through videos of Spinoza. A lot of people come to these conclusions and than stumble upon this man. There must be something to that.

Spinoza’s philosophy is more than having an intellectual conversation, but to understand and live his ideas. Spinoza’s Ethics communicates a method of increasing the powers of one’s mind by improving its understanding. It’s possible to free oneself from emotional confusions by understanding that free will is an illusion and that we follow the laws of nature. I have dedicated my life to Spinoza’s philosophy and now I teach it. You can find my work on my website or on UA-cam.

His philosophy seem intressting from your video but i cant agree with it gaining knowledge through reason as he calling it adequate knowledge is not the most superiour way to gaining knowledge we are creatures of intuition even in science or mathematical problems we have intuition and feeling of where things should go and it is this intuition that guide us ina sense we know the answer through intuition before finding it through reason so in a sense inadequate knowledge (knowledge gained through passion) is more useful and should i say true than adequate knowledge well that my point of vue btw love your video it was very informative.

id argue that what we call intuition is just the summation of prior experience, and is still inadequate knowledge as intuition is often wrong.

@@mcneilohara1463i d agree we cant trust our intuition at all, many so called spiritual new age shit suggest yhat intuition guides right though.

@mcneilohara1463 Intuition is what pushes us toward exploring. Each one of us has its own intuition signature, one must learn to recognise .
And yes, one's Intuition is refined through experience

Your videos are wonderful and thought provoking, however, I do have to mention one thing. I find the music in the background very distracting, to the point that some I could not finish listening, as much as I would have liked to. :(

Thank you for the kind words and I very much appreciate your feedback. I will have to do a community poll to see what everyone else's thoughts are on the matter. Perhaps you have just helped me to improve my videos, thank you!

@@LetsTalkPhilosophy The beautiful paintings were very distracting too. I kept getting myself constantly pausing to admire and missed most of the lesson. So, no paintings, no music, no audio, no video, everyone happy, thank you for your consideration.
