Engine note doesn't sound like the s54 engine to me. That could be the exhaust, but I do not think this is the s54 engine, but I am not sure of that. And it definitely does not have the csl intake (i had a e46m3 manual 2001 with csl intake and that sounded completely different from this).
@@Justin-vi8dr if its an s54 it 100% has equal length headers, and id assume an equal length mid pipe with some sort of rasp eliminator or a very good resonator to remove a lot of the rasp. intake sound sounds like itbs for sure. id assume that at this price point of the car it could have cams, different pistons etc and that would change the sound a little too. could have vanos delete as well but idk if that would change much

Sounds like the S54 but heavily tuned with a monster intake. Exhaust is clearly custom... dual pipes exiting both sides of the rear rocker
