How weird is it that I'm excited that I'm hearing the gospel our faith plus his death blood and Resurrection, it is so rare to hear this basic truth which are Christian faith is supposed to be based on but is rarely found in any church anywhere that I have been to in Arizona in the past 5 years, it's always about do you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture are you willing to commit that there's no rapture at all will you prove that you're saved by speaking in tongues will you prove that you're saved by telling me you've never had one drop of alcohol in 20 years will you prove that you're saved by your good behavior NO I am saved because I'm a sinful man who believes that Jesus Christ is God the father and the flesh he is perfect he was tempted in every way he never fell into sin once ever his death and blood pay the price for my son and his resurrection gives me eternal life and his father's house I am saved because I believe this and I am in Christ not because I'm a good person but because he's a great God and I simply believe in spite of my depravity That is the Gospel of Jesus Christ everything else is a satanic lie

In my Bible, John 3:16 states very clearly what is required for salvation. Salvation is not dependent on perfect understanding of every verse or every nuance of Christian theology. John 3:16 states this very clearly. Let's not fall into legalism. Until the 1200s-1400s most believers didn't even have Bibles.
