It’s because these people are actually dancers and they’re a k-krew. Usually when it’s other groups performing at their school pep rally, they’re just students who are k-pop fans or like members of their school’s Kpop club or Asian Pacific Islander Club. They’re not dancers but they still work their butt off and practice, and perform in front of the school no matter how nervous they are. I give lotta props to those people

But also I’ve personally seen a few that are this good but most of them just look nervous or don’t look like they are wanting to be there😭

Great performance and it’s complimented by fluent dancers & song selection making it an enjoyable performance for people who have never heard of K-pop. Must’ve been a great first introduction for them I bet.

Great choice of song to catch the attention of audience who knew and show interest in K-pop . If their club/school had allowed them to dance without masks it would look more good as along with steps dance is also about expression . They were doing that we cannot see it so it would be better if they allowed them to dance freely
