I did this map after lethamyr's video, im C2 and let me tell you it took forever. Took me basically a whole day to do (maybe around 10 hours). I got all the secrets, but they aren't hard to do after a few tries. I don't know my exact time or death count because my computer crashed and I had to bakkes mod cheat back to the second to last level. The last 2 levels definitely took the longest out of all the levels for me, with the multiple path cave part being the 3rd longest part for me.
Dude you and leth should definitely go play some matches together ping would suck but it would just be awesome to see you try to teach leth some freestyle tricks and tips

@@Salmacream there are plats who have the mechanics of gc players and no awareness for regular play. Just saying that if you happen to be a lower rank but still are mechanically skilled you might be able to still complete the map. Also yes its prob. gonna take a while xD
@@ripit.3457 no there are definatly players in lower ranks wich have mechanics wich are are higher then what you would normaly expect from said rank. And dont get me wrong those players are rare. Also mechanical skill does not have to match your rank becouse you can get quite far with rotation and game awareness alone (same goes vice versa)
Lol, Evample gets to the big log and the only things that come to mind to clear the obstacle is going under it (you can't) or doing a difficult air dribble over it. The normal person way of clearing it is just doing a backflip flick to launch the ball over the log and then catching it on the otherside. Just figured I'd point it out in case some poor soul decides to try the map out and makes it harder on themselves than it needs to be. And I do recommend trying it out, great map. Glad to see Evample flex on it a bit, was hoping I'd see more pros/youtubers try it out.
Games like Halo and Trials had in-game map editors and map sharing from 15+ years ago, and seeing amazing creations like this makes me really sad they haven't added something like this after so many years.

I Just don't even understand how he gets the ball basically already the same height as the fallen log from just the double jump. Meanwhile I double jump and boost straight up into the ball for a full second and I'm still not high enough to go over. What the hell is the secret to insane height off ground to air dribbles
I’d love to see a no deaths run of this, not even anything flashy (though it’s you so we’d always expect something) but thanks for showing us this, it’s sick!
i find it funny how evample solves things vs lethamyr. if you want to have a different vieuw on the map you should see lethamyr's video. but this video shows how a freestyler would do it

I was REALLY hoping you would do one of these, it’s crazy to me to see an Australian content creator (like me) get some huge recognition from the global community, I can imagine how excited anyone who played 2s on your team with voice chat would be, I’m sure you’ve met some people that have gone crazy, unfortunately I’ll never get to play with u, I’m champ and I can’t be bothered to grind to ssl, like I’m pretty busy with general life rn
Not to be an ass but even if you had all the time in the world to grind on Rocket League you still have less than a 1% chance of actually getting into SSL. Stop trying to make it sound like you could easily get into SSL if you simply weren't so busy with real life. It's like an average guy that plays basketball at the local gym saying "I could become the next Michael Jordan if I want but I just don't have the time to be bothered". 😅

That would be awesome but if that was the case there would be a million rocket league pro's getting paid for content/tournaments etc. When the actual Pro Community is probably less than 1000 players overall.. possibly even less than 500
It’s gotta be hard to be a consistent top tier player in every category and still be one of the best entertainer of Rocket League. Keep up the great content
Hey Vamp & comms ! i was asking myself: when you dribble the ball, where your sight is ? are you looking the ball, your car or the way where you want to go ? I struggle with my dribbles even tho im champ 2 so any help would be welcomed :) And thanks for this beautiful map discovery :)
GC here--it's a mixture of both--you kinda glance back and forth between the ball and where you want to go--using peripheral vision helps a lot. Also pay attention to the circle indicator under your car--that can be a good frame of reference. Another good "cheat code" for dribbling is using the big foam cowboy hat--it helps you realize where the ball is in relation to the true center of your car. Hope that helps! Good luck
This shit took me over 2 hours and like 500 deaths. Beautiful map, made the difficulties so much more enjoyable! I wish more map creators made maps in this style

In 4:45 lethamyr found out that you were supposed to flick the ball into the two signs on the side walls, they would light up and open the door

This reminds me of DK Jungle from Mario Kart 64
for the temple your suppose to flick the ball to into patterns on the side of the door
at the temple, ur supposed to like flick the ball into those things at either side of the door, then the door will open

Would be cool if mappers could add music/sound. Like forest ambience for the start. Not sure if that is possible?
