    Mam,
    The following sentences are correct mam,
    Having arrived the police, the mob dispressed.
    Having stopped the rain, the boys began to play cricket.

    • @eficazacademysspokenEnglish
      @eficazacademysspokenEnglish  2 роки тому +1

      No sir. Here we have two different subjects, so we shouldn't frame like the previous sentences in the video.
      The police having arrived, the mob dispersed.
      The rain having stopped, the boys began to play.
      If we frame the sentence like... Having stopped the rain... - it would give a completely different meaning (which doesn't make sense)... It means - the boys started to play after they stopped the rain. - which is impossible.

    • @eficazacademysspokenEnglish
      @eficazacademysspokenEnglish  4 роки тому

      Both can be used and means the same. Juz the style n voice differ. 1st one is in passive voice. The other one is in active. When we talk (the 2nd sentence) casually, we generally say like this. But in written form ... We use subject (he) 1st... i.e., he escaped stealing the money.
