Nothin but blues, that's the way to go, I could listen to or play blues 24 hours a day. This reminds me of sittin in a sleazy bar with a scantily dressed woman (or several), havin a few drinks and just listening to this great music. Great voice for blues and some great musicians. Met the lead player from Kingsnake on a night in a poorly attended gig. When I apologised for such a low turnout he said it' s just the blues. Just the blues, I love them especially when they are played with this quality. Keep it up.

Fell in love with the blues when I was fifteen and I will be seventy this year and am still in love . Thank you for keeping it alive , although I am happy as shit but its' melaqncholy and soul prevails not to mention it is really easy to dance to slowly ! Long live the buckle shiners ! Good memories. I turned 70 last year. But when I turned 16 and could drive, I'd take my camera and harp and hit as many blues clubs as I could. In the outlying areas of the SF bay area, there were old country granges. Old agriculture meeting and get together halls. I guess dust came up thru the old floorboards. People danced like they were just part of the dust. It was beautiful.
Discovered the Blues with Dan Aykroyd's Blues Brothers in 1981, still on it since that day. So many talents singers left to discover !
Same here at 15 and as of today 66 and still listening. A good glass of bourbon and the blues. Not for everyone but then again I'm not one of the crowd. Different drum beat.

My hubbie, who was also my soulmate through and through, passed away in 2020 and he used to joke a little sometimes when he he used to say things like this, maybe in a slightly different version, more like "life sucks and than you die" but hé, it is almost the same to me. It is bittersweet to listen to this, makes me smile and tear up at the same time.............
It’s 2 in the morning, the venue Moe’s Bar and grill, you’ve walked in of the rainy wind swept streets of Chicago, the bar is winding down for the night, just a few stragglers left, along with a couple of duty cops and the odd street hustler and this band playing their last number. Tell me you don’t feel it

When I was a young boy in Illinois, just 20 miles from St Louis, Mo there was no FM yet & “music” on the radio consisted of Bing Crosby, Perry Como & Tennessee Ernie Ford ...... Yuk! So, I listened to the black stations out of St Louis. I first heard Ray Charles in 1949 - the song was “A Sinner’s Prayer”...... I was 13. Here I am, an 84 year old white guy who still loves the blues & thank The Lord for UTube!

Regarding 12BBB, I also noticed that the group are kinda doing their own thing. I'm sure that theres a reason for it. But as you said, the 12BBB left us with an awesome playlist. Theres nothing better than a long drive in the country while listening to great music and that being the 12BBB.
Today is a Holiday here so it looks like I'm.going for a drive in the country..
