Welcome to the wacky practices that roblox has but doesn't publicly tell ANYONE about because for whatever reason, you can ONLY convert your credit into robux if its at $4.99 roblox credit or lower.

First buy the biggest packet you can on your credit. After you buy it, it asks you to convert your remaining credit to robux and then you get it. (Sorry for my bad english😭)

Allright it took me a while but here is the answer for most of us,
The convert option only appears when you cant buy the cheapest robux package.
Just buy robux package untill you only have a few dollars (euro) left. After that the convert option appears when you click on the robux icon NEXT to the settings gear icon

I can't find anything about converting credit. I was credited for a item that was removed and i searched all the settings pc and mobile but I just can't find it
This is a different type of credit. The one you are talking about you need to check your messages in settings (not the ones from other players). If you have any other questions I can try to help

its telling me to buy robux instead of converting into robux
Click/tap on buy robux and it will give the amount you can buy with it, then you are going to buy that with the credit and then it should convert into robux
It doesnt say convert credit anymore , it just says buy robux? Like a while ago i got £20 credit and it turned into like 3 k but now it says i can only buy 1700?
They changed the prices from 20 dollar to 25 dollar and now its only 1700 instead of 2000 or more

u use your credit to buy robux or premium bro, thats what credit does
If it’s not working in the redeem, underneath the code, you have to put in for your Robux gift card and hit by Robux. Hope this helps 😅
