Hi thanks for the update. Your looking healthy. I hope your also feeling better and that all is going as well as possible. Colgate makes a good non alcohol rinse but might be too strong for people on Chemo. But it’s readily available through. From personal experience, I would just advise someone to eat the foods they like but maybe save your very very favorites for after Chemo because chemo can change your tastebuds. It might just ruin your favorite food. Like I said from experience 😂.
So nice to see you and to hear you sharing helpful tips to ease the burden of treatment you are undergoing, maybe to your list you might add ginger sweets to suck for the nausea you may have, this helped my sister in law. Loved the idea of a cold cap to help with everyday headaches. 🙏For you.
sounds silly,but I bring a super textured small blanket with me for during chemo, the chairs are so cold and I find the textures soothe my mind as I rub my hands on them it also seems to dull the burn of the chemo . It is light and easy to wash in super hot water to keep clean.

I love the new hairdo! Of course, I'm partial because I keep my hair super short, a buzz cut my daughter calls it. I think you'll like the new cut being so easy. BTW, I wear ONLY fuzzy socks since I am all about comfort and ease.

I think that's a wonderful idea. I find the chairs cold, too. I also bring a pair of furry slippers to go with my socks for that reason!

The buzz cut is so easy, light, and freeing! Fuzzy socks are lovely.
Stop coffee drink 12 glass of water continue stretching exercise. Don’t stop doing this it prolong your life.
