As someone with Acheron at e1s1, get black swan. Jiaoqiu's vulnerability numbers are a straight up upgrade to guinafen's, but his debuff per enemy turn is mostly replicated by a trend LC on a preservation unit. Fire MC or Gepard with Trend can do the main draw of his kit on a sustain. I have a suspicion with how Hoyo does things, that trend will rerun on Jiaoqiu's LC banner. If you get black swan, you have the option of building a DOT team that can help with those PF/MoC cycles that buff DOTs. You can also add black swan to that acheron team as a subdps that can do minimal def shred. Jiaoqiu's kit could still be buffed in v4, but as of right now I think Black swan is the better decision.

jiaoqiu is more versatile than bs since he gives enemies vulnerability, literally guinaifen powercreep
