For the laundry room makeover, I think y’all should paint the cabinets white! My husband and I are currently painting our kitchen cabinets white using Beyond Paint! It’s been a job but they look so good! We are almost done! Y’all could see how that process goes and decide if you want to paint your kitchen ones yourself! Then get some wallpaper for the long wall across from the washer and dryer and some fun wall art too!! ❤

@@AleahMartins I think we will definitely have to get a top coat or something to seal it! I think Beyond Paint has one! Because I can see them being difficult to clean with the texture of the paint. It’s a matte finish. We are using rollers (the flocked foam ones) for the most part and craft foam brushes for the hard to get in places! We’ve had to do three coats! Some of the wood grain still shows through and it’s so pretty! Your cabinets are maybe a shade darker than ours so three should do it! It just depends on how much you want the wood grain to show through! It’s time consuming because I’m OCD but my husband will bust out a coat on everything in an hour or two! We had 6 drawers, 17 doors, and the framing to do. We didn’t do the insides. Just what you see from the outside. I’d say you could do the laundry room cabinets in a weekend if you started on Friday and did a coat a day! You don’t have to sand nor prime just clean them!

Yes. I was going to suggest a print wallpaper on the long wall right across from machines. May not be able to put anything hanging because of the width of the area.

Aleah, spray the black spot in the oven and cover it with saran wrap/plastic wrap before you go to bed. The next morning take the plastic off and see what you can get up, even use a plastic scraper if you have one. Just a suggestion. ***Also I always turn the oven on about a half hour after cleaning for a half hour 350 to burn off the chemicals. Then I shut it off and open the door a little to get the smell out. Make sure you have ventilation and/or fan.*** 🥰👍

I had hand foot and mouth when i was 18 i contracted it from my 5 year old niece at the time... The only advice i have is not to scratch it or try to pop the blisters and just basically stay hydrated with the fever it took about 2 weeks for it to fully go away sending prayers for you mama❤

Everything looks great! You are such a hard worker. I suggest you keep your decor in your laundry room simple and easy to clean. It’s always the dirtiest & dustiest rm in the house.😀
Aleah when your using the pink stuff rub it on the surface and let it dry for 10-15 minutes and then scrub it or use a wet cloth to wipe it off. It's awesome for your glass stove top. ❤❤❤

Thankyou for this motivating video aleah , hope ur kid feel better soon my daugther got it foot and mouth when she was 2yrs old and its no fun at all she couldnt sleep and have high fever and its hard really bad to get it and make sure to seperate them coz its contagious up to 2 weeks who ever got it make sure to not get them close to sibling that didnt got it and it can come back our pedia told us that my daugther can caught it again so be careful and hope u have a amazing week ❤
It ended up going through all 3 kids, so at least I don’t have to worry about anyone of them waiting and catching it 😅

For your immune system take a vitamin A. Multivitamin have A in it but not enough! I had a great immune system, I never got sick until I got covid in 2021. Then I was sick every month. Now since I added vitamin A along with my multivitamin I have not been sick in over a year and half. Even when my 6y had flu and strep. It really does work.

I had hand foot and mouth 3 times as a toddler, and because it was reoccurring so young, I actually have a very sensitive tongue now, and it’s very normal for me to get sores from anything even slightly abrasive. I’m glad your kids aren’t that young, and hopefully it leaves for good once it passes!
As for your immune system, this is sadly to be expected. While I was studying education, we were told that parents and teachers both go through this.
As a parent it’s typically once your kids start going to school that your immune system starts getting worn down. I’d give Quinn a couple of years in school before your body’s immune system strengthens enough. Her first class will be room full of children who before this hardly interact with people outside of their immediate family. Their immune systems being weak from that are what causes all the sickness.
Your body right now is building a ton of antibodies, and once she’s out of this age you might even find that you have a stronger immune system than before.
About the laundry room: I’d love to see the second grout cleaning, and if it were my laundry room, I’d add fake vines on the wall, horizontally under the ceiling, then at the left and right. Maybe adding a couple of pictures between.

My kids have had HFM twice. The first time my 5 year old suffered the worst and my 1 year old only had mild symptoms. They got it again about a year later and both of their symptoms were very mild, which is typical with every time they contract it. I have known adults who get it and it is horrendous for them. I hope you escape it!
I got it 🥲 the first 2 days were awful! But I’m already feeling ALOT better so I’m sure the worst is over!! ♥️

The drywall is definitely a dog bite! I let my Easy Off sit overnight and it works great.

I was diagnosed with lupus eight years ago which I went to a rheumatologist it actually ended up being sjogrens syndrome which mimics lupus long story short taking magnesium has help my immune system that was very compromised I would advise that and B12 supplements they help greatly
My granddaughter had HFM when she was 2 and it was miserable for her. The constant crying and discomfort. In your laundry room add some pictures and maybe a mor colorful entry rug might make it more appealing

Omg I worked at a daycare years ago , hand foot and mouth spread through there like wildfire we had to bleach everything and clean like crazy. No fun for sure.
It was the worst!! Hopefully that’s the last time we have to deal with it 😅
