I've had the Classics, Norma Jeans and Rivets. By far the best for my hourglass are the Rivets, the other two are slimmer cut through the hip than is comfortable for me. I happen to work for their vintage supplier, most of the button on their shirts and blouses are authentic vintage, just a random fact!
I saved up and bought the biggest size they make (a 36/ US 16/ UK 20) but despite following the measurements they gave they were ridiculously small. Like 3" smaller than they were "supposed" to be. I sold them on eBay luckily for not too much of a loss. I really wish they'd make bigger sizes since no one is really making plus sized vintage jeans.
I had never heard of Freddies, but will certainly be looking into the brand, so, thank you for that, Bianca. As for the review, all the pieces looked perfect on you. When you put shoulder pads in the blouse it gave it just the right effect from the 40s period. I prefer shoulder pads in my blouses to give my shoulders a broader look. Nice job!
You look really lovely in the jeans and the blouse. I was watching Spellbound on TV here in the U.K. and you reminded me of how classy that era was for real women. I always loved Ingrid Bergman she was so beautiful and natural in every way. Hope you are keeping safe, big hugs and loves from the U.K. xxxxxxx Dorothy 😘❤️🙋🏻🌟
I really appreciate your review!!! I have two pairs of Freddie’s jeans, and the first time I sized down (because I am between sizes) and it was a huge mistake! My second pair I went up and it was just a tad too big, but I’m happy with the fit. About to get one more pair, so your review was really helpful.
I also bought 1 pair of Freddies Classics on Ebay and the 1940s Button Down in the Freddies sale. They are both so incredibly flattering and well made. They are totally worth spending more money on, as they have become a staple in my vintage wardrobe and get worn and washed a lot. :-)
Thank you for this video! You read my mind. I too have had the same struggles with comparing their different styles. I wish they would offer a little more fit detail and pictures on thier website. I'd really like to try a slimmer pair but can't really tell the difference between them, say the Soo Z Qs or the Jeanies. But I love and live in my Classics! So flattering! If I had a pair of those when I was in high school in the 2000's (low rise bootcut denim scarred me for life) I definitely would have felt more confident in my body. I have also tried the Classics in the green color and I found that they're very soft and run almost a size bigger than the regular denim.
I really liked the first pair of jeans and the blouse was beautiful. You are right about the shoulder and sleeves though which I wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t pointed it out! I’m glad you did though as it helps me to know what to look for. Awesome video!
I live in the UK (well, the North of Ireland) and I have never worked in cm! I went to purchase the same blouse there now and could not be bothered to work the size chart 🙈 - size 14 is now out of stock so I bought a UK 16! It’s absolutely gorgeous on you.
Great, in-depth review doll! Totally agree with shoulder pads in that blouse! Looks great on you as do the jeans! Mine are similar to the 1940’s pair, I love a wide leg!😘Xx
Glad they worked out for you. I've given up of Freddies, there is something about their basic fitting shell that makes all their trousers look appalling on me - I was so gutted. Also be careful if you buy more of their blouses - different colours of the same pattern use different material & you could end up with a polyester blouse if you don't check!
I’ve become obsessed w their clothes. I barely found out about them. I want to get the Soo Z Q but they aren’t in stock. The Jeanie’s and Clash by night are also really amazing.
Sometimes even front fastening jeans can be a struggle. I have some that have a zipper and then three buttons and a couple that are straight buttons. Once they are on, they are the comfiest things ever...but it's a big struggle to get there. The higher waisted something is (and the greater a persons waist-to-hip ratio) the bigger the struggle.
Great review! I watched a few others and yes you are right. I don't know which jeans they were talking about. So I had to look back and fourth to figure it out. I just ordered the Jeanies and next, I will order the Norma jeans. They look so great on you. Can't wait to get mine! You always crack me up.. with your great dry wit!..."is it jeanies are they classics" lol
i love freddies of pinewood! i was impressed with a blouse and side-button jeans i purchased from them secondhand, so i ended up purchasing several of their spellbound blouses online. i agree that they're not perfect, per se, but i love the colorways offered and their price point. generally speaking, i'm in love with 40s bishop-sleeved, revere/dagger-collar blouses so i've essentially made it my life's mission to stock up on these--as well as those offered by the seamstress of bloomsbury and the house of foxy (with the latter being my favorite, and unfortunately the most expensive lol). i need every color!!!!
Both pairs of jeans are super-flattering on you! I agree that for whatever reason, the second pair of jeans "nips your waist" more appearance-wise. Love them cuffed with the saddle shoes too.
This was a great review. It is so true that no one mentions which pair they have! I have several and the fits are all totally different. I've got 2 in one waist size and one slightly larger as my hips didn't fit. I have tried many of their tops (love their 50s tops) but have only eyed the spellbounds off, so I really appreciate the info about the shoulders and sleeves. Thanks!
Love the jeans! So glad you gave a proper review as I as well felt a bit overwhelmed with all the choices. After this review, I'll definitely be ordering the Classics! And is the patterned shirt your wearing thrifted? It's so cute!
I love jeans I have more than 25 pairs of modern jeans. I have had my 1940s Freddies of Pinewood repro jeans and have worn them nearly everyday. Your review is right on and so timely. Thank you!
Totally agree about the sleeves, the shoulder pads make it look much better. The jeans look adorable on you! You have the perfect figure for these styles.
Love! Thank you. I now know which style I will be purchasing some day when I finally have the money for these jeans. I've been looking at these for years.
These are lovely dear, but I would love to see you demonstrate how the ladies used to do it, order up some men’s overalls and have a ball! The lady who did the alterations at the local clothing store when I was young had been the original WAC, and her hugely strong hands just flew with the seam ripper! I can’t imagine how many overalls she would have “cut down” for girls like my mom in the fifties. You are like a stroll down memory lane, little one, and I thank you for bringing that great lady, Mrs. Pauline Cottle, so vividly to mind.
I haven’t heard of Freddies. Great to see they are made on the UK too. I know you prefer tops and dresses, but….have you ever thought of drafting a pair of those jeans?? I would definitely love a video on that. I can never get them to fit properly. I personally prefer the dark denim. I love the topstitching on the classics though. X
The first pair really reminded me of a pair of 1940s Royal Navy trousers I used to wear in the 1990s. They were incredibly high waisted and wide legged and made of thick inky wool. In looking around online for an example, I came across this fascinating article laratenovici.com/womens-1940s-victory-suits
Beautiful review! I always love thoroughness, which btw freddies webpage lacks. I really think their descriptions are often not very professional. I have spellbound in ivory/chartreuse combo. Completely agree about the shoulders, but I always wear my blouses with a pair of shoulder pads that I just pop in under my bra straps. I though I'd get the blouse in many many colours, but the truth is - it wrinkles too much for me so I don't think I need any more. I hate when clothing starts looking like I haven't ironed it whatsoever while I'm wearing it.
Dang, everything looked so good on you! I noticed the hanging shoulders of the blouse before you critiqued it, but as you modeled it I feel in love with it anyway. Once you put the shoulder pads in - WOW! You looked like a be vintage pattern drawing come to life! Fabulous review!
I love both pair of jeans, and I really, really really love the top you are wearing. I love the coloring and the style. It looks great on you. The blouse from Freddie’s is great too.
Those jeans look amazing! I’m not really a jeans person, but I really appreciate such a through review. Also what lashes are you wearing?!? So cute Edit: Can you make a shoulder pad tutorial? I’ve been wanting to make some new shoulder pads for a couple vintage pieces and have no idea how.
Hi Bianca, loved your review on those jeans, the material is more like the jeans I had growing up....these stretch jeans are not right....first I can pull them on and off with oout using my zip or snap....and the pockets are put in sideways manking them very narrow of depth....if you know what I mean....and they cost enough....when I was young we could go to the Army and Navy and get real deniums for 10 bucks and they lasted a long time.....sad that changed....BTW I loved your makeup today...looks great/
Great video. And I agree with everything you said about the Spellbound blouse. A little more length in the sleeves would be perfect, and what a great idea about the shoulder pads! I never thought about that but now I am going to try it!
Both pairs of jeans looked great on you. I really liked the blouse too. That is the color of white that I like the most. Agreed with your assessment of the shoulders and the length of the sleeve. Still, it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
These look like very quality-made jeans, and the fit is very nice on you. I also agree about putting shoulder pads in the shirt, for a vintage repro, it didn't look very vintage to me until you did the shoulder pad mock-ups. Glad you are happy with your haul, ordering on-line can be a real crap shoot so it's nice that you liked everything.
I LOVE the blouse your currently wearing .... is it thrifted or can I buy this somewhere? So cute!!!!!❤️ also the Hell Bunny denim trousers are awesome too just FYI! I wear those and they are very nice! Love your channel!
I have never heard of Freddie's but will now look at their site. I agree that the first jeans look like work trousers and the classics look like real jeans (in which you look cute as a button!) I LOVE that blouse--especially those double buttons! I agree it needed shoulder pads and when you modelled it with the padded shoulders it really emphasized you fabulous figure!!
Thank you! I have these mid-thigh shaper short things from target when I want to be super smooth, I do have them on with the 40's tan trousers here, but not with the jeans. I love them because I can tuck my blouse/top in super clean and it makes it look invisibly ticked in and stays tucked! www.target.com/p/assets-by-spanx-women-s-mid-thigh-shaper/-/A-14791724?preselect=13369977#lnk=sametab They're really all I wear through, I have an undergarments video here if you'd like my full run down ;) ua-cam.com/video/IEC3uhhF90Q/v-deo.html
Jeans are not my favorite, haven’t worn them since 1972. However, the first pair with the side buttons was pretty great. Your addition of shoulder pads really improved the look of that blouse. 😊
Great review and very helpful! I have been eyeing Freddie's jeans for years. But I am super short, only 5 feet tall, and always worry the rise-area will be too long and make the crotch area look really saggy. You know, like the crotch area is hangin' down low? :) :) I like high-waisted, it's that rise/crotch area that I worry about.
I'm so glad that you did this review since I've been searching for 1940's-style jeans and batwing tops which are both available at Freddies of Pinewood. I have to say that I really do love both pairs of jeans on you and the shoulder pads really do improve the fitting of your blouse. Cheers!
Superb video. Wish this was around when I got my Freddie’s, which I adore. I got a pair of Classics and Norma but have been eyeing the 40’s Button jeans.
Just ordered the side button jeans because they look so great on you! Hopefully I got my correct size (I’m typically in between sizes) but thanks for a great video!
Where do plus sized women find such jeans? I've been looking for years. I looked at the website and my measurements are not represented in their chart.
You're so right about the blouse, it's beautiful but the shoulder seam is in the wrong place, it's in need of a stronger shoulder for the 40s. I'm old enough to remember *real* jeans (before jeans stretched) & tbh I preferred them when they held everything in without it all sagging after half an hour. My mum's workmate used to get a morning off work to go shopping for jeans, so she could get the tightest possible pair when her tummy was the flattest. She was responsible for me learning to pull up a zipper on tight jeans with a fork lol. That first pair of jeans looked lovely on you, in a relaxed fit kind of way. The 2nd pair had a nice silhouette & really showed off your curves from behind, but imho the pocket outlines on the front are unflattering for almost everyone, they draw the eye straight to where no woman needs added attention.
The jeans look fantastic on you, especially the second pair, love that style, and the blouse as well. I don't wear a lot of jeans but I would try those for sure.
Yeay! Glad you did a full review of what you got from freddies. I purchased a western style pedal-pushers that were on sale right after you mentioned them in you IG story (I too went with a bigger size out of that same fear). I definitely want to get some more from them and happy you reviewed the Classic style 'cause I've been eyeing that style.
i was lucky enough to find a pair of freddies jeans at a market for AUD$20 couple of years ago second hand and they were still in amazing condition. Sadly i gained too much weight and had to sell them last year :'(. Always on the hunt for second hand freddies though hehe.
So cute!!! Awesome review, very helpful. I'm surprised you haven't made any jeans or overalls yet? So darn cute on you!!!!! Eat lunch without being sad.....I'm dying!!!!!!!!! Truth! Love the shoes as well!!! YES on the shoulder pads, perfect!
I always wondered about these jeans. I was a bit put off that they didn’t have any spandex and always gravitated to Collectif jeans instead. However, I do like them on you and might give them a try. Btw I like that short sleeve blouse you’re wearing.
I know I’m way behind on this comment. I understand their different ‘cut’ but I think the waists should at least be consistent. Some of the 30” I have come up a bit bigger and some are bang on measure smaller. I find the Jeanies come up the smallest for me so far and are narrower through the hip (I’ve tried on quite a few!) my classics I can get away with when I’m smaller or bigger. I don’t know if they still do the Ton Up jeans but they came up smaller also. Definitely always err on the side of marginally big or else it cuts up into the undercarriage when you sit!! Unfortunately if they’re significantly too big you get a crotch fold. Overall they’re a great Jean, it’s just finding the right one. Both look great on you!!
Both pairs very flattering.Informative video. However being a short apple body type with middle age spread ,and no bottom, ill have to stick to my Next lift and shape, high rise jeans.👍🏻😘
They look great on you! And good quality is always worth a higher price tag. I’ve always wanted some but unfortunately they don’t go up into plus sizes.... but oh well maybe someday lol ❤️😍
Lovely clothes! I must check Freddie’s out. The blouse was beautiful. The U.K. uses the metric and imperial systems haphazardly. All our road signs are miles. Bras are inches. Most people weigh themselves in stones not kilograms. But I think ‘officially’ we use the metric system...
I would say the freddies feel more like "real" aka old fashioned denim, with no stretch, where I think the bad girl denim have a tiny bit of stretch in them and are a liiiitle bit thinner. Both still feel like very good quality to me!
Thanks for the fit thoughts.
This is good to know! I may have to try those next time!

Thank you! I do love me a shoulder pad as well
i have two pairs of freddies i got on ebay and they are the only jeans i wear anymore (£15 and £35)
Good place to buy them xx
We need more reviews like this! It was so thorough and detailed. Thank you for taking the time to do this!
Thank you Kellie!
Loved this video! I’ve never heard of this brand but I’m gonna need some of these because they look SOOOO good on you!
Thank you Hailey!
The blouse looks 100% better with the shoulder pads, I agree. Thanks for the review!
Thank you Dorothy!
this was so amazing, thank you! i’m basically the same size as you, so i found it particularly helpful! subscribed! xx

I am certainly still keeping an eye on the green classics so this is good to know!
I really liked the first pair of jeans and the blouse was beautiful. You are right about the shoulder and sleeves though which I wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t pointed it out! I’m glad you did though as it helps me to know what to look for. Awesome video!
Thank you Michele!
I live in the UK (well, the North of Ireland) and I have never worked in cm! I went to purchase the same blouse there now and could not be bothered to work the size chart 🙈 - size 14 is now out of stock so I bought a UK 16! It’s absolutely gorgeous on you.
Thank you!
Welcome to the wonderful world of Freddie’s!! I have five pairs of them and they are some of my favourite pants I own!
I'm still reashearching for the perfect vintage reproduction jeans so this video will be useful! ♥️
Great, in-depth review doll! Totally agree with shoulder pads in that blouse! Looks great on you as do the jeans! Mine are similar to the 1940’s pair, I love a wide leg!😘Xx
Thank you Jo! Gotta love a wide leg indeed
I love Freddie’s! Haven’t taken the plunge yet, but I think your video convinced me! ❤️
You always crack me up.. with your great dry wit!..."is it jeanies are they classics" lol
Thankyou so much for this review. I was curious about their sizing and in jeans and blouses. This has been so helpful. 🙏😊
i love freddies of pinewood! i was impressed with a blouse and side-button jeans i purchased from them secondhand, so i ended up purchasing several of their spellbound blouses online. i agree that they're not perfect, per se, but i love the colorways offered and their price point. generally speaking, i'm in love with 40s bishop-sleeved, revere/dagger-collar blouses so i've essentially made it my life's mission to stock up on these--as well as those offered by the seamstress of bloomsbury and the house of foxy (with the latter being my favorite, and unfortunately the most expensive lol). i need every color!!!!
I am dying to try the House of Foxy blouses, they look stunning!
I love the Clash by Night jeans. They are my favorite jeans right now.
Both pairs of jeans are super-flattering on you! I agree that for whatever reason, the second pair of jeans "nips your waist" more appearance-wise. Love them cuffed with the saddle shoes too.
Thank you Leigh-Anne!
This was a great review. It is so true that no one mentions which pair they have! I have several and the fits are all totally different. Love the jeans! So glad you gave a proper review as I as well felt a bit overwhelmed with all the choices. After this review, I'll definitely be ordering the Classics! And is the patterned shirt your wearing thrifted? It's so cute!
Thank you Paz! It was indeed a thrifted find, from the 80's brand "Tapestry" I believe!
I appreciate how thorough you are with your reviews!!
Thank you Weslyn!
Hi Bianca!! Awesome vlog.. Congrats on finding your jeans you’ve been looking for & they absolutely look fabulous on you too....

I love jeans I have more than 25 pairs of modern jeans. I have had my 1940s Freddies of Pinewood repro jeans and have worn them nearly everyday. Your review is right on and so timely. Thank you!

I also like collectif and hell bunny because of the stretch which makes them comfortable.

Thank you Scarlet! I love chartreuse so I have been eyeing one...
Wow, with the shoulder pads looks perfect!
Could you do a video on diy vintage style jewelry? I saw the ones on your blog but would love to see more.
Dang, everything looked so good on you! I noticed the hanging shoulders of the blouse before you critiqued it, but as you modeled it I feel in love with it anyway. Once you put the shoulder pads in - WOW! You looked like a be vintage pattern drawing come to life! Fabulous review!
Thank you Tammy!
Got excited about the blouse, because I have huge shoulders... Then you said the sleeves where short and my hopes where dashed
Well short on me, but perhaps read the measurements they give because it's possible my arms are just weird!
Have you tried the Work Pant jeans as well? Do they have that tummy smoothing too?
I love my Freddie's! The Jeanies are MUCH slimmer in the leg than the classics. Fab for the more petite lady xx
Okay, I love the cut of both of those. Seriously. Seriously love them. Love the crazy side openings, love the shape of the legs. Love them.
Thank you Michelle!
I love both pair of jeans, and I really, really really love the top you are wearing. I love the coloring and the style. It looks great on you. The blouse from Freddie’s is great too.
Thank you Shirley! I found the top at the thrift store and have gotten a lot of wear out of it so far :)
I really like the first pair! They're both adorable on you, but the first pair is da bomb.
Thank you Kate!
Those jeans look amazing! I’m not really a jeans person, but I really appreciate such a through review. Also what lashes are you wearing?!? So cute
Edit: Can you make a shoulder pad tutorial? I’ve been wanting to make some new shoulder pads for a couple vintage pieces and have no idea how.
Ooh same - a shoulder pad tutorial (esp a 40s-centric one) would be really helpful!
I second an authentic 40s shoulder pad tutorial!
Thank you Paula! The lashes are Ardell 113 but cut in half!
Hi Bianca, loved your review on those jeans, the material is more like the jeans I had growing up....these stretch jeans are not right....first I can pull them on and off with oout using my zip or snap....and the pockets are put in sideways manking them very narrow of depth....if you know what I mean....and they cost enough....when I was young we could go to the Army and Navy and get real deniums for 10 bucks and they lasted a long time.....sad that changed....BTW I loved your makeup today...looks great/
Thank you Mimzy!
Great video. And I agree with everything you said about the Spellbound blouse. A little more length in the sleeves would be perfect, and what a great idea about the shoulder pads! I never thought about that but now I am going to try it!
I need some of these in my life! They make your figure look fabulous, regardless of how you say they don't feel that way
Thank you Penelope!
Ooh will definitely have to check them out! Thanks! They look great on you!!👍👍
Thank you Joanna!
Both pairs of jeans looked great on you. I really liked the blouse too. That is the color of white that I like the most. Agreed with your assessment of the shoulders and the length of the sleeve. Still, it was beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Peggy!
I’ve never heard of them, but I’ll be buying some now!
Thank you! I'm super pleased and can't wait to wear everything :)
I never hear of this brand. Thank you for sharing. I especially love the second pair ♥️
Loved both pairs! I’ve had my Classics for about a year and a half and they are my favorite jeans.
Got an immediate Joan Crawford vibe with the shoulder pad shot! NO WIRE HANGERS 🤣
Hold my purse, I'm buying that blouse.
No machine washing? Maybe not.
I LOVE the blouse your currently wearing .... is it thrifted or can I buy this somewhere? So cute!!!!!❤️ also the Hell Bunny denim trousers are awesome too just FYI! I wear those and they are very nice! Love your channel!
I was going to ask the same thing!!! So cute!!
Thank you Amy! The blouse was a thrifted find, from the 80's
Love hell bunny jeans because they are so comfy xx
I have never heard of Freddie's but will now look at their site. I agree that the first jeans look like work trousers and the classics look like real jeans (in which you look cute as a button!) I LOVE that blouse--especially those double buttons! I agree it needed shoulder pads and when you modelled it with the padded shoulders it really emphasized you fabulous figure!!
Thank you! This is why I keep spare shoulder pads on hand ha!
Could you do a video of what you carry in your clutch purse. Wallet, phone lipstick etc
Id love to see a video about shapewear. Everything looks so smooth and flattering on you
Thank you! I have these mid-thigh shaper short things from target when I want to be super smooth, I do have them on with the 40's tan trousers here, but not with the jeans. @@quixxovel Thank you Jennifer!
Are there any more affordable retro work leg jean rands you would recommend?
Jeans are not my favorite, haven’t worn them since 1972. However, the first pair with the side buttons was pretty great. Your addition of shoulder pads really improved the look of that blouse. 😊
Great review and very helpful! I have been eyeing Freddie's jeans for years. But I am super short, only 5 feet tall, and always worry the rise-area will be too long and make the crotch area look really saggy. You know, like the crotch area is hangin' down low? :) :) I like high-waisted, it's that rise/crotch area that I worry about.
Hi, have you seen Lady K Loves jeans? They do a pair cut for more petite figures... not sure what they are called, maybe ‘Polly’ ☺️
Also try collectif Monroe jeans or hell bunny.
I love your honest and thorough review! Both pairs are beautiful! 👏
Thank you Eileen!
I'm so glad that you did this review since I've been searching for 1940's-style jeans and batwing tops which are both available at Freddies of Pinewood. I have to say that I really do love both pairs of jeans on you and the shoulder pads really do improve the fitting of your blouse. Cheers!
Thank you!
Thank you for this. I have also been wanting to order from here but have also been hesitant... your tips help!! 💚
Thanks Adrienne!
Superb video. Wish this was around when I got my Freddie’s, which I adore. I got a pair of Classics and Norma but have been eyeing the 40’s Button jeans.
Thank you Liz!
Just ordered the side button jeans because they look so great on you! Hopefully I got my correct size (I’m typically in between sizes) but thanks for a great video!
I like the blouse much better with the shoulder pads
Where do plus sized women find such jeans? I've been looking for years. I looked at the website and my measurements are not represented in their chart.
You could have a look at Geronimo, only two styles but they go up to a 44" waist.
Hell Bunny's dungarees go up to a 4X and are excellent.
@@yvettet9855 THANK YOU!!!
@@yvettet9855 and really comfortable
I was just thinking where I could find real denim for my style of dress. Thanks. I will be ordering a couple. 💚
The jeans look fantastic on you, especially the second pair, love that style, and the blouse as well. I don't wear a lot of jeans but I would try those for sure.
Thank you Chloe!
I've been eyeing some of their sale stuff now too...
OmG!!! So early!! Love your videos, I look forward for them every week!!
Thank you!
This is a great review! I appreciate how thorough it is.
Thank you Katie!
Wow! Super cute jeans! Thx for the review!
i was lucky enough to find a pair of freddies jeans at a market for AUD$20 couple of years ago second hand and they were still in amazing condition. Sadly i gained too much weight and had to sell them last year :'(. Always on the hunt for second hand freddies though hehe.
Love both the jeans you ordered, can’t wait to see them on your channel.
Thank you! I wanted to be able to show more casual looks in the future so that will be fun!
Thank you Brenda!
Hmmmm... might need to get a pair! The 1940’s pair looked so comfy!
The classic 50s ones look great, very flattering
Thank you Gillian!
I always wondered about these jeans. I was a bit put off that they didn’t have any spandex and always gravitated to Collectif jeans instead. However, I do like them on you and might give them a try. Btw I like that short sleeve blouse you’re wearing.
Thank you Gillian!
Thank you Alaine!
You and Freddie's were meant to be together! You look fabulous!
Thank you Kathryn!
I hate denim with a passion 😂 but I’ve tried Freddie’s shirts and they’re really great quality!! Their buttons are lovely, just like the originals.
They are originals, I work for their button supplier :)
Great review. I've wanted to try Freddie's but I want to find a local vendor. Or just wait til they come to Viva.
I do believe they usually are at Viva, but of course Viva was canceled this year sadly :(
@@TheClosetHistorian Asi es las vida.
They look great on you! And good quality is always worth a higher price tag. I’ve always wanted some but unfortunately they don’t go up into plus sizes.... but oh well maybe someday lol ❤️😍
Thank you!
Thanks Annette! Sounds a bit confusing for my American brain ha!
Wow. I have never heard of these. May or may not be placing an order now.
Love the jeans on you, and love the quality and design. I did not know that company.
Thank you Maroulio!
A quick question, are those the trousers you made in a previous video that you paired with the blouse? I need a pair badly!
Yes these are indeed the ones I made recently!
Both styles look lovely on you, and are quite flattering!
Thank you!
Great and useful review. I really, really love the blouse you are wearing as you speak to us. Did you sew that? I really love it. Thank you!!
Thank you Catherine! The blouse I have on here I thrifted, it's from the 80's/90's
TheClosetHistorian .... when you update your will remember my name. Thanks!
Use to see them at Viva 🤗😬
How do the freddies compare to the bad girl denim?
I would say the freddies feel more like "real" aka old fashioned denim, with no stretch, where I think the bad girl denim have a tiny bit of stretch in them and are a liiiitle bit thinner. Both still feel like very good quality to me!
@@TheClosetHistorian Excellent! I'm trying to decide which to get for my birthday :)
