You can remove permanent marker with rubbing alcohol., the album cover has a shiny surface. Use a cotton ball and rub lightly. If it was cheap enough, worth a try. You said it was for your own personal use, sentimental, comps were unbelievable!
I have some of those pink plastic rollers. I like them because you don't need clips, or bobby pins with them. I don't use them often, and don't sleep in them, but if I want curly hair I will use them. I wish I still had my hair dryer like the one in this video. Pop that cap on, turn on the heat and you are hands free while your hair dries.
That floral mattress was fantastic !!! 🎉🎉🎉
Those white gloves…we always wore those gloves when we would go with our friends to their Catholic Church. And had a smaller version we wore on Easter Sunday with our “new Easter dress” when we were young ladies in the 60’s. Really alot of memories in this house, it could of been my childhood home.
That estate sale had some beautiful things. It's saddened me to see the family photos and paintings on the wall that leads me to believe that whoever wants owned this home passed away and had no family, or family member that wanted those pictures 😔
I love the white chenille bedspread. I have one that belonged to my grandmother.
This has to be one of my favorite videos! I loved seeing all the great treasures from the past. I hope you were there bright and early the next day for the discount, although you got some great buys the first day. The gloves, the floral mattress, the lamps, clocks, hankies, vintage Tupperware and more.. I love it all!!!
Those are my favorite types of cookbooks to pick up. I love when they are written in or have little pieces of paper tucked inside.
I love this type of video. Love seeing all the handmade items. This will be my home when I am gone. Such memories.
That Chenille Bedspread is gorgous!
Thank you for the information on the RS Germany. Maybe you could give more of these helpful hints in your daily videos? Kind of a "Tip of the Day" type thing? Just an idea
My husband and I always had a challenge to see who found the yardstick first , loser pays for dinner. So much fun and I have lots of yardsticks. Lol
I remember when we use to wear white gloves with our Easter outfits on Easter when i was growing up and to church on Sundays. ❤
10:45 If you can't get the seal on the Tupperware container, run it under HOT water & place it on & let it cool down. Then you shouldn't have any problem closing it.
Wow! That house and stuff was well cared for. 😮❤
Wow what a cool estate sale! Thanks for taking us along! I saw so much i wanted!
I loved seeing all that old Tupperware. Those little "tuppercups" are treasures. The old ones really are treasures. The new ones are stiffer and the lids don't fit as well....Good for you. Those old blankets are older than the 90's.....I would say the early 70's....some of the ones like those were actually given as a premium for opening a bank account....at least where we lived in MA.
You have the cutest habit of giving things a little pat before leaving some things behind...why I wonder.
Danny you’re simply “The Best” ❤
Everyone loves Tupperware cups!!!
Love that picture with the oval gold frame!
Hanging lamps are gorgeous 😍
I love those gloves I think Jordon would rock the beaded ones. Thanks Dani this sale really pulled me back home.
Some beautiful thing at that sale. You found some pretty good things .thanks for sharing 😃🇨🇦
My mom used to make me sleep in those plastic curlers the night before family weddings etc. I would cry.
Very cool. Those gloves brought back memories of wearing those to Sunday School, after a night of sleeping with those curlers in my hair. They hurt so bad, but it was cool the next day with curls.
Hope you did make it back and we get to see. Thanks for bringing us along.
torcher devices (curlers)😮😅😊
H i Danni! @18:39 did you note that both of the pitcher and basin sets had the matching bed pot on the shelf underneath? 😮
This really was a memory lane trip. And how awesome they kept your flowers for you. Have a good Monday! ❤❤❤
That first “gone with the wind” lamp for $200…makes me drool!SO beautiful! I hope you’ll go back for it.🙏🏻
I love real old radios too, they bring back memories..🥲So happy you saved the books.😊
That little ruby red vase wasn't Avon.Avon did not put a decoration on their little ruby vases. They were plain
Lol yeah torture devices
I love going to estate sales!
I grew up largely in the 70s and the treasures there were so of that era - wow. Delightful. If not made then, they were sure around in my home, grandma's house, etc. Thanks!
Love the lamps 💙💙💙
Thank you for showing the marks and explaining. If I ever had a channel I would do that. I know it would take forever to do that on all the pieces but that was nice.
The RS Germany info was really helpful! I will remember now!
Totally agree, love, love info like that, thank you.
The house style suits the beautiful lamps
The cookie jar with utensils in it in kitchen is yorktowne missing lid. May be another piece in corner? The house definitely80-90's fluff. Definitely theme with dolls dolls dolls. The 1ounce Tupperware containers are circa 1970. My first Tupperware party a pair of pantyhose would fit in them. Tupperware encouraged creative ways of using their products.
NOT!! the hair dryer. 😮😮😮😂😂❤
Great haul! I had a blanket like those--a wedding gift in '73! That amber glass bowl should be a hit for Thanksgiving! Seeing the vintage Tupperware cups gave me an AWFUL flashback; as a kid, my mother had a set of the flared edge ones. I stuck one on my chin and sucked all the air out and left it there for a few minutes. I had a PERFECTLY ROUND bruise around my mouth 3" in diameter long before I even knew what a hickey was! Things NOT to learn the hard way!
Everything was beautiful in this state sale
When I was selling many years ago, you had to be careful fir things marked RS Prussa because there were many fake items that entered the selling world. Some of the granny squares could be placemats. I wish I still had mt Tupperware. It was expensive at parties.
Danni,
I have a chandelier similar to the hanging one you liked.
Mine is hand painted and has the oil bowl painted to match the top.
A boy and girl sitting in a field ( I think.) It came from the Govenors Manson in NEVADA!!
It was very old when we got it (traded a moving van 😅) in 1972 ish.
I'd like to sell it. 😉
It's big and beautiful.
Has history.
I've never researched it but should.
I love all of your finds. Great video
Yes, if you go back please make another video😊
Hudson Vintage walked thru a house similar to this one. Perfectly preserved. Ready for a film crew to produce a period piece. I love the furniture, lamps, clocks, blankets, curtains and knick knacks. Cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Great scores Danni⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐢🌸❤
Try alcohol, magic eraser, or WD 4O OIL TO TAKE OFF THE BLACK MARKER
Really great finds🌻
so fun seeing those old things memories, fun sale, you got some great items, thanks for sharing ❤
Awesome comps in the Raggtie Ann and Andy!! Nice find!

I enjoy going to estate sales and looking for vintage cookbooks! Also a plus if you find handwritten recipes in them!😊
All of the items are beautiful
Hi danny...that was a pickers paradise...would like to see footage of next day...
Hi Dani, great video, there were some lovely items in this sale and your choices were good, all the best
You should be able to get that black off with those white magic sponge eraser
That was great!
Danni you can remove the black marker by using hand sanitizer when we would dumpster dive back in the day lol some times the store would write on the items with black permanent marker and we removed it with hand sanitizer and it also removes spray paint.
I really enjoyed today’s video.
That was really fun!!

This person's estate is really nice. They took care of their stuff.
Great sale!
That was a great haul 😊
Really nice they kept them for you .
I remember my mom used the black spikey metal rollers. I have no idea how she slept in those things.

Hi Danni lv Ann uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️
This was a terrific estate sale. It was so fun and interesting!
Interested in the glass flowers when you get them processed. Thank you
Estate sale! My favorite to watch! 👍🏻🐢💕
Always surprised to see glassware items that I have that were passed down to me!
God I remember those curlers, my hair was already curly but my mom made me sleep in the hard ones, she was obsessed with Shirley Temple. Ine time when I was about 5 I put them in myself after being told not to. I couldnt get them out, my mom was banging on the bathroom door demanding I come out, so I cut the curlers out, not realizing I was cutting all my hair off. 😮😮😮 I didnt get in to much trouble because we both cried.
I can relate… we wore them as well all 4 of us girls! One of us always had one “stuck!” Loved the memories… laughing out butts off when it happened!
Danni.... do you have the desert rose salt and pepper shaker? I have a set I don't want....if you want them, I'll ship them to you ....I can send them to the store address if you wish
That’s super nice of you! 💕
My grandma started writing on stuff as she got older… used to tell me it was so pple knew it was theirs when she “died”…she ended up doing that for 25yrs.
Tupperware YAY
OMG, I remember those rollers - they were hateful. Thank goodness, they are out of fashion. Now I just keep my hair cut short and wear wigs on special occasions, LOL.
Love rawhide!
my supper salad was in that green tupperware bowl, but much of my kitchen is vintage
What a memory! The plastic curlers with spikes often got stuck in my hair. Guess i was'nt imaginative enough to think of scissors. Sounds like you had beautiful curly hair.❤ to Valerie nelson
What about all the corning ware stack you passed by?
For many Avon bottles we’re affordable art
