It's not always the correct decision if the relationship is going to be unhealthy. The kids will see it. But it's vital that if you split, both parents make true effort to be in the kids lives. Don't take your breakup out on the kids by going distant because the parents can't get along.
I lost my mom at age 13 and my dad at 15. both of my parents died. I wasn’t able to cope and properly deal with it until I was 24, of course my mental capacity couldn’t understand or handle it, so it took until then. Music like this gives me serenity and hopefully to any others forever grieving over death, or just even general loss of a parent or both in their lives. Godspeed.
I grew up with a schizophrenic mother and a father who wasn't in the picture for the most part till I was 9 years old. I remember growing out my bangs as a little kid and wearing them in front of my eyes. I didn't want people to see me. Divorce does a lot of damage to children. Makes me terrified to have a child with the wrong woman. In the phase of your life in which you think about having kids they are not there for your benefit. You are there for their benefit. But some people get it twisted and think their child is just along for the ride in their parents story of life instead of handing off the spotlight.
I also was very lucky to never see my parents argue. Unfortunately my kids dad grew up in a house where screaming was ok. When he started yelling at me I took my 2 kids out of the situation. He got worse when they were teens, I have a lot of chronic illnesses so the kids would just come into me & lock the door. It makes me cry even now that they saw their dad like that. They are in their 30’s now & have made peace with him. When they grew up I had to leave. I love watching them with their kids, no shouting, it’s beautiful & I’m glad I never engaged in screaming back at their dad. They saw that I could control myself, so they control themselves. Proud of them ♥️ xx
You're right. Kids should be #1&should not have to be a part of the parents' relationship issues. Parents also shouldn't in most cases, talk bad about the other parent, to the child.

Here is my thing a divorce should be a thing when you all have tried everything known to mankind. You both should have to purchase a house and let the kid stay in the house one parent leaves next parent should have time living in same house. I t should not be the kid that has to bounce around if a man cheats on a woman he should get a punishment if its a woman cheating on man. She should get the same punishment but both partners should sit down calm make changes in the house work out a plan like if your a good mood good talk good behave you should reward the other with doing something they love. If they wanna go out with friends or spend time with you or bring back some kind old hobby you both did together do challenges together go on a trip together without anything negative being said about the other women will be like oh this man is not giving me a house a car a diamond ring. When you get the other side well it could be worse in many ways and as men we will say oh she the best looking girl she got money here the catch you get no alone time she worser than what you had before then when you try to rekindle there married has a family but that is a lesson most people have to learn for them selves
