Very scary to learn this incident, especially when the pilot had about more than 24K hours of flying experience. The other fact is poor communication between pilots in the cockpit. Resetting the computer system during flight was another major flaw. What I observe from these facts, is despite the advance in technology which helps mankind, there's simultaneous heavy risk of human lives. This is true in every field of life. One needs to attain near perfection to ensure the activities in life are safe and sound.
