I love your video review .. I’ve notice when I go to Amazon that’s the strap is shorter on Amazon pictures and yours is longer which is better when to carry on your shoulder.. can it be adjust to make it longer?
@@danielvandertulip5615 Does the on-off button work? If it doesn’t , probably the switch circuit is faulty and probably will need a tech to repair or replace it. 👍
@@danielvandertulip5615Probably any TV and radio repair shop but it might be as economical to but a new one. It seems we live in a throw away world unless the warranty is still good. Then you would have to send it back to the manufacturer. 👍
I'm also confused about this. It says you need to use a DC 5V/2A power adapter to charge it up with and according to the instructions you plug it into the USB type-C charging port is this correct? I didn't think you got DC power adapters that fits this type of port? The USB type-C cable does not seem to be charging it up.
I dont remember where exactly is the reset button is. But I believe you press and hold the power button or the bluetooth button for a while it should let you repair it. I no longer have this product as I gave it away. You can also try to contact the brand/ seller.

All the W-KING D8 use the standard usb-c charge plug.
