One of my dearest friends from my 20s, we are both in our 60s now, has been diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. It is so tragic. I used to envy her in a good way, she gradually worked herself up to senior and purser flight attendant and had a good contract, and has seen the whole world, and because of her seniority ended up going where she wanted to go, first class and long haul. Meanwhile I worked for the civil service, some of us work hard, honestly! I so hope her career did not cause her illness but I wonder. Goddam big companies and shareholders, who seek profits and dividends above humanity.
Depending on the severity of the issue, whistle blowers can many times b at gr8 risk. Remember the "nightmare" (to say the least) of the man who found out what they wer actually putting into cigarettes to get ppl addicted....on top of nicotine. He exposed perhaps the biggest health risk to the public. This movie was gr8 and based on tru events, then 🙏 they wer instrumental n achieving their goal. Gr8 story and convincingly done.
