SL stands for starting lap, not single lap. Given that in this track you don't hit a pad before the end of the first lap, the SL is normally slower than the other two (which are done at sacred fire speed). So for a starting lap 24,95 is pretty damn good :)

Same thing happened to me. He seemed to jump over the line.
I think you have to stay grounded while you cross or it wont count.
2nd lap is not good for me, and I did touch the wall at 1st corner in 3rd lap.
