1 egg
30 g melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. seasonings for potatoes
50 g flour
100 ml milk
400 g potatoes
green onions
vegetable oil for lubrication
200 g champignons
salt to taste
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
