Not common to have to pay. I think in Tonga, we paid some small fees for a license. We have to make sure to research where we are going and the drone laws before we fly. Exciting that you are getting a drone! We plan on buying the new one while we are in the US! Super excited to have a more travel friendly drone! Merry Christmas and hopefully we will be able to connect!
We are going to Vanuatu later in the year and this was good info. We’ve booked flights and accommodation but it’s interesting to see where to save money such as in activities and food. Coming from Australia. We are staying a week and a half on Santo in a home stay type situation and then a resort in port villa. I think Santo is going to be just as expensive as the resort but it’s an experience we’ll only get once in our life! We have two girls 6 and 1 so again it’s interesting to see your experience! Thanks for sharing!

Yes. That is New Zealand dollars and includes flights for 5 people. Flight for 5 to Efate. Then flights for 5 to Tanna.
