Informative as always! When looking at the MS documentation on this I was a bit confused as to the difference between "wipe request" and "user level wipe". Am I correct that "wipe request" targets a specific device used by a user while "user level wipe" wipes data from all devices used by a particular user? I am finding your videos super helpful. Add a link for some kind of funding (buy me a beer) and I would be happy to throw you a few bucks.

how can we selective wipe for outlook application on window 10 device?
I am already using outlook app for personal email and want to the add the company email. I know outlook app allows adding multiple outlook accounts. What will happen if I leave the company? Will my personal emails be wiped or only the company emails?
If the phone is being controlled by App protection policies and not Intune fully managed then yes they will only delete the company's email and not your personal emails.
