BEST Exercise for Volleyball Arm Swing - Part 2

  • This video shows a great conditioning exercise for volleyball that will quickly and effectively improve arm swing mechanics and provide hitters with a specific volleyball spike exercise to strengthen the muscles on the back side of the hitting shoulder and core.
    The exercise uses Powercore 360 resistance bands connected to our arm cuffs and torso harness to strengthen the muscles responsible for turning the body and shoulder and hitting the ball, the volleyball arm swing, with great arm speed and power.
    This is the best exercise for conditioning volleyball hitters because it both strengthens the swing but also helps prevent injuries to the muscles of the shoulder, rotator cuff, spine and core all at the same time. This specific exercise focuses on the muscles on the front side of the shoulder, the back and the hitting arm.
