- In response to the recent accident at Rau's IAS Coaching where three UPSC aspirants died, the MCD of Delhi took action against other coaching institutes also, which were operating commercial activities from their basements. I myself am a big fan of Vikas but here on few points, I do beg to differ while he politely did public distribution of flaws keeping profits PRIVATE. Secondly in polite language, He even pseudo threaten (if I am allowed to construe it that way) to move out of Delhi even rendering losses to MUNICIPAL/ Exchequer.

BUT, behind every incident like this is a collective responsibility of everyone, the coachings, the lack of regulations, the certificate issuing bodies . But kisi ek insan ko blame kar dena is not okay. What if unki basement me do doors hon without biometric and proper ventilation and emergency exit. Ladne ki baat nhi h we all the distressed with this incident.

As an owner he’s responsible to ensure the physical security of his customers (in this case his students ) who were paying him fees! And the MCD is responsible to ensure drainage during heavy rain! Also the city responsible for enforcing building safety codes

हां कोचिंग संस्थान की भी जिम्मेदारी थी और लापरवाही भी । प्रशासन भी विफल रहा । जल निकासी व्यवस्था ठीक नही है। इसमें नियम कानून का भी अभाव दिखा जो स्पष्ट नहीं है। जब इतना पानी भर चुका था तो कोचिंग के स्टाफ को बच्चो को बेसमेंट से पहले ही निकाल लेना था ।
यह एक लापरवाही समझ आ रही है।
ये पहले टीचर थे,पर अब ये व्यापारी बन चुके हैं, ।
व्यापारी कभी किसी का नहीं होता, यदि ये यहाँ पर आये हैं तो बच्चों के लिए नहीं,अपना धंदा बचाने के लिए। और कोई कारण नहीं

All Coaching centre should be closed permanently because they are doing business. Upsc should be prepared by student by themselves not by modern business house coaching centre.
