A trip to Ticino!
From the main station in Zurich you can easily get to Ticino. The first stop is the cultural city of Locarno. Somewhat elevated is the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso. The tour continues along the shores of Ascona with its idyllic lakeside promenade. A cable car takes you up to the Cardada from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lago Maggiore.
Day two of the trip begins in one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, Morcote. The finale takes place on Monte San Giorgio with a view of Lugano.
