Only thing I disagree with is selling with an interest rate, bc interest is haram. Otherwise, this guest is very well spoken. Very clear language. Easy to understand. All of it makes sense. Gets land and adds value to it by and makes it more useable and makes it easy to acquire for buyers. ..one of the best guests on this subject.
It makes our fund investors and occasional note buyers feel more comfortable. It also puts that work on someone who is an expert at collecting and reviewing borrower financials.
Our buyers are looking for land that's for sale on owner financing and that comes with water, power, fencing, etc. The vast majority of the land on the sites you mentioned don't meet that criteria.
