I think this video is the most important video I've ever watched. I was 12 years old, had no mind of my own. I basically just listened to everyone.
Then I found this song. Then I found this genre. I heard songs asking why we're here, why we're fighting, why we're working so hard.
My grades tanked. I lost my direction in life. I was a straight a kid and then I was failing everything because I thought there was a better way to learn. I developed self doubt, depression, anxiety, and I didn't have any interests.
Although I am in a worse place, I think I appreciate having my eyes opened.
Also I'm getting better now. I still don't know what I'm gonna do in life. For now, I've just got to work on myself.
