Regarding covering the tattoos it is the korean broadcasting companies that not allow them to be shown, you know conservative Korea ;). They don't cover them on oversees tours what i have seen.
I love them so much! I feel like Dami might end up getting another back tattoo at some point because she had a bit of an obsession with Siyeon's back tattoo at one point. You could tell how much she likes it with how often she posted pictures of Siyeon's tattoo on weverse
Tattoos in Japan, Korea, and China were always worn by criminal gangs and still are. Up until recently it was illegal in South Korea for anyone except a medical doctor to apply a tattoo since it was considered a medical procedure. The shops doing them operated illegally by paying bribes to law enforcement. That's why the broadcasters won't show them and why older generations don't like them. I like all of Dreamcatcher's tattoos because they have personal meaning for them which isn't likely to change with the years. They weren't picked out of a shop catalogue and randomly mixed together.
I love tattoos but ones with meanings! I love mine and all of them have a reason to be on my skin and even if I think it is an extreme cultural difference I can understand why they cover them
