The latest one looks quite similar in style with TV Nova (Czechia), which I think maybe it’s the result of the transfer of ownership from RTL to CEM

So seems like the Croatian RTL still sticks with the old RTL branding
Croatia's RTL is not a RTL affiliate anymore, it's been sold by Central European Media Enterprises on June 2022.
And yeah, this is why it doesn't have the "United" logo
there is a chance to RTL croatia to use "united" branding but unfortunately, they're no longer part of RTL Group.
