- Always loved the attitude of this song. Stripped it from the drums and put piano and acoustics more upfront with the electric more as a "backup" (bar the solo). Also slowed down the tempo a bit 'cause I felt it made it more intense.

At first listen, I was a bit distracted 'cause you're so used to the drums carrying it in the chorus after 30+ years. It took me a bit to realize that it was on purpose to change the mood of the song and it worked quite well in that aspect. Nice version!

I love what this guy does on this channel, and he's brought me much joy as a huge original Jovi fan, but this classic tune is nothing without the powerful rhythm section.
