I think this one was spec'd for Australia because the sun there is so strong, teek would be high Maintainance in the blasting sun. Their boats are expensive, Labour costs are high down under.

You OBVIOUSLY haven’t had to take care of sunbleached teak. It’s a pain to maintain!
