the sodium chloride didnt react with water, but silvernitrate. And no, not all salts dissolve in water, for example lead(II)-chloride or -bromide

bro its a double displacement as well as precipitation reaction and her the agcl (s) that is formed as product is a precipitate.
This is an instantaneous reaction as well bcs it is ionic
