I am a japanese beauty guru who lives in USA, i'm so happy that there are also beauty gurus in japan you are the first full japanese beauty guru I found and I understand every word!
i have no idea what you're saying, but i love the way japanese language sounds, and your enthusiasm is putting a smile on my face. you look so excited haha you're so cute
To people who are complaining about the lack of subtitles: I think you really don’t realize how long it would take to write out a translation for this whole video. She is talking quite fast. If this were written out onto paper it would be SOOOO long. Now, try to imagine translating pages and pages of words into a foreign language that maybe you just studied a little in high school. It’s a HUGE, HUGE task. I think we should just accept the fact that not every single video will have subtitles.
I love your videos so much, even though I don't quite understand them it just shows that you don't need to speak the Sam language to make someone smile.
By the way, Asahi is her first name and Sasaki is her family name. I don’t know her at all, but please just enjoy her videos no matter if they are in English or Japanese. She does a great job when she does her translations and I guess they must take many hours to do. She’s a model and makeup artist, not a translator, so please don’t complain!
Thank you for making this video. I've been losing my hair a lot since I was 14 but this made me feel positive. You're also so funny in this one! I like the makeup look, the hair, and the lab outfit. Please keep up your work : )
Finally is an explanation of how to wash the hair, using the dolls. If you have short hair or a bob, use one push of shampoo. Medium or long hair needs two. As you can see in the video, you should wash once, rinse, then wash again. (An explanation of all the washing is very complicated and it would take ages to write out everything!)
As I Japanese student, I know all too well how long and hard it can be to translate something. All these people need to calm down, or try it for themselves and see how much work it takes. In the mean time, I'll keep listening and see if I can't come up with a semi-accurate translation.
Don't understand a word but I still love watching and thanks to some kind people translating a little in the comments and the brilliant video it isn't too hard to figure out what's going on :)
A very brief translation: She says that most people take care of their skin, but we also need to take care of our scalp. Most people think that only older men have a “smelly scalp” problem, but actually nowadays many women are worried about it too. In an experiment, the smell from scalps of women in their 20s and 30s was measured 24hours after they washed their hair. The result was a level of 59. How smelly is 59? She shows a saury fish which has a level of 44 and leek with a level of 72.
I really wish your videos had english subtitles! I love your personality and by the looks of it, you know what you're talking about when it comes to all these tutorials :) Please begin offering an english subtitle version of your tutorials.. it'd make me SUPER happy!!
The first girl says that she washes her hair both morning and night but her hair is smelly. Dr. Asahi says that she is over-washing her hair with shampoo that is too strong. The second girl says she only washes her hair every 3 days and believes that leaving treatment etc., on the hair is better for it. Dr. Asashi says she isn’t washing her hair enough and probably must rinse it more.
i really think no hair is beyond repair. because last year i was in your same position! my hair resembled more a dry tumbleweed than anything else (it was coarse, dry and knotted) i can safely say that research is the key to everything. what kind of hair do you have? what kind of problems do you regularly have with it? do you dye/color/process it with chemicals? a lot of the time "good hair products" are just overpriced home remedies that you can find or make yourself.
