the daily pick em is bugged. Even though it's back. A lot of times I pick the winners and after games finished I'll go to get VC and it'll do that synchronized thing and back me out. Also, it sometimes give me VC won from picks like on a delay (picks I made few days ago).

play well -> finish 1st season in mycareer -> negotiate basic salary to the max (gm should automaticaly offer max salary) -> play your 2nd season regularly BUT try to make 25points advantage to the end of 2nd quarter - 25 points advantage after 2nd quarter unlocks ask out of the game with keeping salary + endorsments.
