It was renamed a few years ago to bullseye playground. Officially it is no longer the dollar spot. They changed the name when they introduced new price points. But most people on social media still call it the dollar spot.

Those rolls are contact paper for cabinets and drawers , not wall paper
They should make little wallpaper rolls for crafts , etc
The ducks remind of of some old decor my mom used to have back in the mid to early 90s. Like Home Interior stuff.
