    I think that the house would be more salable if the plan of the kitchen, formal dining room and living room were a single space, without that wall everything would be more functional. The wall makes the three rooms seem small. What sells a house is a big kitchen. The kitchen in this house is very small, it does not match the size of the house. A huge microwave occupying one of the few countertops in the kitchen does not make the house salable. When a potential buyer visits the house, they think that it is not ready to move into, since the kitchen must be changed, the wall knocked down and the columns destroyed.

    Nice house but defintely overpriced. It's been on and off the market since 2022 which means that the price is not reflecting the market otherwise it would have sold in no time. Nevertheless, it's a very nice house, except for the kitchen which is small

    No powder room for guests, master bathroom, is too small, and it has one sink and closet too small. The other bedroom needs a second sink. Washer and dryer too far away and too many stairs to climb. Get rid of the wall between family and dinning room.
