So you see the two missing wheel studs @3:02? That's because the mechanic likely cut them off near the wheel assembly face, then punched them through. Once you have two opposing holes, go get two grade 8 (preferably, 5 if that's what your local hardware store has) fine thread bolts just smaller than the stud (I used two inch Hillman fasteners 1/2x20 with corresponding nuts and a washer on the outside edge). Use the bolts/nuts as a "press" to push the hub off. In UA-cam search "Is Your Car or Truck Wheel Hub Stuck? Tips on Getting it Loose!" from 1AAuto (Lol because they use a Ford as the exemplar) and "How to easily remove a stuck wheel hub assembly **Works for ANY vehicle with a sealed unit bearing**" from Certified Shadetree. I bought my hubs from TRQ and new rotors & pads... I'm seriously stuck on getting the hubs out. Of course I'm on jack stands in my driveway, no lift. W00f.
::Finished job before finishing the post:: I ended up being able to use the bolt/nut press. Wicked easy & quick. I'll be buying another pair of TRQ hubs for my wife's Flex... they're starting to groan as well.

Todd, I did the HD bolt press way and ended up separating the hub assembly. Now the other half is still in the knuckle. I guess only option is to pull knuckle and have it pressed out?

Great video always. Though I am not doing it myself I love to know how it is done. So I know when the mechanic is trying to put wool over my eyes thanks again.

By the look of that hub, he was wailing on it for a few hours before he restarted the camera.
