Dont buy creatbot, i have a $4000 CAD sitting here unusable and they wont replace or credit me even partially. I volunteered to pay some but nope they wont do it.
filament sensor broke, filament jam due to all metal part, firmware defect that took months for them to recognize and replace and finally a bearing on the y axis defective and scratching the rod- very difficult to replace because all the rods have to be removed at once in order to get enough clearance to remove the rod, still waiting their instructions on how to do it.
Well there site says they have a one year, but i've been asking for mine to be replaced since the first problems showed up and again with each new problem and its gets totally ignored, I believe they are delaying just like they did so that i couldnt get help thru ali express and i also was unable to rate them on ali express.
