Everyone is over the moon for the couple, and we can already imagine the life of luxury this kid will be born into. Rihanna’s success has not only afforded her luxury pads in her native Barbados, as well as investment condos in LA, but she also treated herself to a beautiful modern mansion in Beverly Hills at the end of 2020. Meanwhile, it’s said A$AP has his own property portfolio which includes a pad in the Beverly Grove neighborhood.

Her newest homes (the first homes you mentioned) are not occupied by her; she's renting them out. The more modern home was listed back on the market not even a month after she bought it, and then listed it for lease last summer, originally at $80k/month and then went down to $70k/month. Given that it was removed in November, I think it's decently safe to say she's renting it out. The tudor house is being leased for $40k a month.
