Several years ago I was dissatisfied with these type cutters on Etsy. I could never get my soap to be level on top so my bars always looked crooked because wire doesn't bend very well over a wall. So I came up with a different concept and invested in some equipment to be very precise and designed something where you didn't need tools to adjust the wire, it would cut straight across the top and it can easily be stored in a drawer. I like it. It works and people from Florida to California have bought one and it just uses FISHING LINE! It cuts melt and pour and glycerin soap with no scarring and I personally have never broken a line. If it does, I have an entire spool and all I need to know is how to tie a knot. But however, I like this idea to. To me it actually looks like they took my idea with wood and took it a step farther. I like the indented part at the end for a ruler and I've never actually thought about cutting a bar from that direction. I think I can rig something up. Oh LAWDY. Just came from their website. Gave me a very very good idea to make the ones I make a single bar cutter much easier than what they do. When I get done with it I'll make a video of the new version. Might do it this weekend. I must say though they are making very good wood work and its nicely done with bright fresh designs.
This absolutely cuts down on how much space is being used. It's perfect for those working in their kitchens. Love how you can adjust the wire by such small increments too.
This one allows me to cut at different widths! My regular log splitter is set at 3.5’’. This one can be adjusted at every 1/8’’. I’m not switching, but I’ll be alternating ☺️
That cutter looks awkward to use. Might have been a better product if the base was longer. When the soap comes out the other end you need to support it so it doesn't fall off.
This is perfect for people like myself who make soap on a small scale in my small kitchen. I think for those Like yourself it’s less practical.

I just ordered one as I think it will be just right for me. Not making huge amounts. Thank you.
Cool! Let me know how you like it! 😃
Beautiful soap! I like the carterpiller design for a single cutter.
You made a beautiful soap and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you! Have a nice weekend to!
I think it would be easy to put a support at the end when using oversized molds. That would hold the end up. It looks like it works well
Very beautiful molds
Lovely video as always🥰
I think a slot at the end for the wire as a guide for single bar cutting.
Gorgeous
super~very super ~ ;)
What about your multi-log splitter? Why do you want to change? Or was this a trial? 🙂

Shes such a beautiful person
🤭 I love her

Remember that I make huge slabs of soap. Most makers work with smaller & shorter molds.
I know it's been a while since you made this video, but what is the size of your slab mold and where did you get it? Thanks for your time!
I don’t like that cutter. I’ll still with my old one very fast. For other side this is a nice video as always. Thanks so much Arian 😘
