Is this fully safe on all Nissan Proximity remotes. I have heard of the XPAD bricking the ECU and car not starting even with original key. Do you think this was operator error and not using the right procedure as you have shown. Great video by the way. Very clear and concise. Cheers
For Altima/Maxima say 2012 or so, do you have to re-program the original and new keys for adding a key or AKL? Must put on hazard lights for all Nissan programming I guess, and all doors close?
If only adding a key do you need to program the original key again? Sometimes my programmer says hold the first key to start button. Does that mean the original or first new key being programmed? Also At the start it says to tap start button with key. Is that the original or the new key I’m supposed to Be tapping it with?
I found out that the difference between the Auto Pro Pad and X100 Pad 2 is that the Auto Pro Pad can do gm pin read, chrysler pin read newer system, Toyota h key and smart key reset. Nissan pin bypass key programming. Ford 128 bit Key and smart key programming.......Is that worth it or should people still get the X100 Pad 2? Are there side tools we can buy that can do the things the Auto Pro Pad can do, but not the X100 Pad 2? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
They say it works on Ford 128 bit but it doesn't I tried 3 times A 2016 Ford edge / 2013 & 2014 Ford fusion... That's why I got rid of my AutoProPad I returned it and got a full refund thank you American Key Supply! It also sucks on the new Chrysler thumbstone proxies tried it on 4 cars got it to work Only1 time on a 2015 Chrysler 200 and it wouldn't even pull the pin... It works great on toyota H Chip takes 1 minute to program all keys lost super fast.. I use trueCode for Ford's using 128 Bit System I did A video on it it worked flawlessly I also Use the trueCode for the new Chrysler Thumbstone proxies .. And for Toyota H Chip all keys lost I use X100T.. That what I use..
I spoke with someone at Xtool and he told me they fixed the issue for Ford 128 bit chip....don't know how accurate that is though. I just purchased the X100T from yellow key supply. I never heard of True Code or seen your video, but I will check it out now.
whey you did all those step at the end when you were programming both keys? does the autopropad was telling you to do? i didn't see that , you didn't have the cam showing on the screen

I have the xpad1002 it's the same thing I've been using it for more than a year now and only have issues with some Honda's 98-2000 and Fords same year. And some early Chevy's that use a circle plus.
AutoProPad Can do Toyota H Chip all keys lost, New Ford's example :2016 Ford fusion, new Honda proximity keys & Subaru 80 bit.. I sent my AutoProPad back for a full refund I bought the x-100 pad 2 haven't used it yet AutoProPad sucks not reliable!! Don't waste your money the 100 pad 2 does almost the same thing without the heafty price tag and a ridiculous $1,000 subscription per year

Hey im having a problem that my steering wheel lock actuator got mess up. so i put a new one while i was doing the steps i mess up so i stop and try to do ot againg but my key fob stop working .so i call a lock smith to try to program it and he saids that is not connecting to obd2 ...im in Hartford Ct ...is there anything u can said to help me please

Sorry don’t know how to fix your problem...
maybe you have a problem with the j1939 wring or can communication wiring , you have to check all that too
@@hinojosa552 I fix all that about 2yrs a go it was my computer wasent communicating with my obd2 ..put new bcm and started working?
