How amazing that you got to meet and chat with Richard Blais. I love Top Chef and he was fun to watch. I did look at the menu on their website. it is pricey but it seems like the portions are pretty darn big. It's amazing how a good chef can make any food taste good.

I've stayed there twice. The hotel needed a signature restaurant, I'm excited to try it next time I'm there.

Question: Do you guys chew your raw oysters? Someone told me a long time ago that will expand in your mouth or something weird like that so I have never chewed them I always just swallow them whole… I feel like I would be able to enjoy the nuances better if I would just chew.
Love your food reviews.. But I have to say being from Maine I’m hooked on the seafood here.. It must be what you grew up with cause when we are in FL we hate the seafood.. Glad you all had a good time!!! Keep the reviews coming👍🏻❤️

camera, that is so cute. I love it! Well I'm not a
big seafood person but my daughter is, I eat it if
it's fried unfortunately. Everything look good
especially the desserts. I don't care what the
haters say, I expect you to taste the drinks
along with the food. You DO NOT have drinking
issues. The pink colored drink was too cute!! My
daughter would absolutely love the seafood
smorgasbord.

Very Pricey. How about doing some local non-chain places around Orlando, or off the exit on the road trip down. Or even by Cape Canaveral..... Dixie Crossroads comes to mind for the cape, and there's a steakhouse in orlando/kissimmee that's pretty impressive...old school, wood panel and booths place. Linda's Steakhouse
