Hi Sanja. Wonderful cut !! There is a disconnexion between the lower occipital area and the uppper part, right ? Did you do that to reduce the roundness at the nape ? Is it because your model has thick hair (although it does'nt seem very thick on camera) ? I hope you could answer my question.
Yes exactly! I make this kind of disconnection to create volume on the back and on the top layers, to create movement. :)

Beautiful ! oh to have straight thick hair. 😏 I am cursed with very thin semi wavy/ Calex . In others words .. I can look straight for a short time until humidity hits it then frizz. And with Calexs it will never lay straight especially with bangs . Even if I use a straightener. Now I’m turning 51 and it has become even more unruly!

A lovely haircut, though the woman has lovely, soft hair too. It would be a nice change to see someone with wiry, bird's nest hair get a cut. It would be interesting to see if it would look as good as someone with silky hair 🤔
